Parish Information Update

We have recently acquired a new software system which will allow us to keep information on our parish families, sacramental records and contributions. It is very important that we have the most current information possible. In the future the parish registry will be on the parish website enabling new parish members to enter the information and send the data to the parish center. In addition, information can be changed by registered members when changes are needed.

Changes can be as simple as a phone number or street address to children growing up and moving on with their lives. Phone numbers change daily with cell phones being used and land lines being discarded. When an emergency arises in a family, the parish priest relies on current information to get to that family as quick as possible.

Some of you may have just joined our parish and recently completed one of the “cards” at the office. Please fill out a new form. This form includes more information that can be used in areas of parish ministry, religious education etc.

All information will be used for St. Ann Church purposes only and will not be released to anyone.
