St. Ann's CYO Registration

Track Ages 4 – 12 (Pre K – 6th grade)
Must be 4 years old by September 1, 2011
Registration Fee $12 for new athletes (free if you have played volleyball, football, or basketball)
Track T-shirts are $10 (not required)

T Ball Ages 4 – 6 (Pre K – 1st grade)
Must be 4 years old by September 1, 2011
Registration Fee $75 for new athletes ($63 if you have played volleyball, football, or basketball)
Uniform fee is $10.

Registration Dates:
Wednesday, January 18th, 6 – 8 p.m.
(Soccer Field Concession Stand)

Saturday, January 21st, 11 – 1 p.m.
(St. Ann’s Classroom)

Wednesday, January 25th, 6 – 8 p.m.
(St. Ann’s Classroom)
